When I was ready to give up I did this instead
This is me being vulnerable… Hopelessness, unhappiness… Being a prisoner in my own mind.
I HATED looking in the mirror.
Here is what I hated: Bra bulge, Stubborn belly fat, muffin top, back fat, Not feeling sexy, clothes not fitting right, Loss of Motivation…
Sounds like everything has gone wrong? Because it felt like everything was wrong. I was willing to do anything
I couldn't stand it anymore
I was desperate for something to change.
I wanted to be happy but I couldn't. I fell deeper and deeper into a hole.
Driving myself crazy!
So I tried starving myself to lose weight. Concerned with calories in and calories out to lose weight. I would get so Hangry! I would stuff my face… Binge…
I was obsessing over excessive cardio and the perfect number on the scale. Trying tons of programs that “believed in me”.
I ate bad, and then it made me feel bad and led me to do more bad things.
A vicious loop.
I kept all of this a secret.
It WAS my secret to carry.
Until one day a coworker walked in on a binge-purge episode. Horrified and embarrassed I had nowhere to hide. Exposed! All my insecurities exposed.
I knew what I was doing was mentally and physically unhealthy...
I didn’t want to admit that to myself.
I was crippled by this false belief.
It was up to me to change… to be reborn… no one could do it for me.
I did it for myself, I clicked on this link from an ad that looked like they actually cared, they gave me the education and tools that I needed.
The community supported me, I focused on my wins and I stepped into the super woman that I truly am....
