Food Facts To Set You Up For Success NOT Failure

Let me ask you 2 questions.... 

1- Do you think the Fast Food, Fitness and Health Industry's are all cutting corners to your HEALTH?

2- Do you think they are a business to make money or to make your life better? 


If you are unsure the answers above, then ask yourself why are they doing this: 

       - Adding FALSE chemicals to make you addicted

       - Adding FALSE ingredients to make you more hungry = fatter = unhealthier

       - Creating FALSE marketing to get you to buy

       - Prescribing PILLS instead of a clean-eating meal plan & exercise program

Fast food industry, gas stations and packaged crap at the grocery stores is creating JUNK FOOD and a lot of it.  Look around you --- super convenient and also highly addictive!  They sneak filthy ingredients that create “Dopamine,” the feel good hormone, against you. This is why you FEEL GOOD when you are eating it & then bad after. You are addicted to their chemicals.  Let me disgust with you the facts: 

FACT #1: Junk Foods puts sugar in everything!!! Sugar is SO addictive and SO bad for your health & looks. They load sugar in the soft drinks, ketchup, hamburger buns, fries and MORE!

FACT #2: Junk Foods is full of MSG. MSG is a flavoring agent to enhance flavor. It is very addictive and there have been numerous reports of skin rashes, itching, hives, vomiting, asthma, heart irregularities, depression, seizures, headaches, migraines, chest pain, lack of energy… the list goes on. IT IS BAD!

FACT #3: Casein is known as the “nicotine of fast food.” It is found in fries, milk, cheese, buns, milkshakes, baked goods, desserts, salad dressings, sausages and MORE! The side effects are terrible for your health and promote unwanted weight gain! GROSS!

FACT #4: Junk Foods loves to add salt. Why because they know it’s addicting and they don’t care that it can raise your blood pressure, make you fat, and full of illnesses. YUCK!

FACT #5:BAD FAT is a huge player in junk food. The grease and the lard is all built into your fries, burger, sausage, and condiments! Stay away from this cancer-causing, health-destroying garbage! STICK to HEALTHY FATS: olive oil, avocado, nuts/seeds, almond butter…

FACT #6: Wonder why you have CELLULITE? Maybe you should think twice before you eat more preservatives. Your body doesn’t know how to process and leaves your body looking lumpy. STAY AWAY FROM INGREDIENTS YOU CAN’T READ!

FACT #7: Wonder why you are pulled into the drive-thru or grabbing the cookie next to the cash register??? Because convenience and immediate gratification is running your life! STOP and PREP. Don’t get stuck unprepared. You are better than that!

FACT #8:  I want you to be FIT, HEALTHY, ENERGETIC and SEXY. Please VOW to me that you WILL NEVER EAT THIS CRAP AGAIN!  YOU ARE BETTER THAN THIS!  

How to avoid JUNK?  Glad you asked.  

#1 Prepare 
 (
You're excuses are going wild right now, I can hear them right now...)
- No Time
- Busy Mom / Boss Babe
- Kids don't eat like I do

- Hate cooking 
- Don't know how to meal prep

okay okay okay ..... stop JUST STOP! 

To get into a better Mind, Body and Life YOU HAVE TO BE GREATER THAN YOUR EXCUSES!Meal prepping saves you time, saves you money, crockpots are not even cooking, and your kids can eat different than you.  So let's try this again ... how are you going to prepare today?  

#2. Replace NOT Restrict

So many diet now-days are all about "RESTRICTING" which leads to:
     - Non Sustainability

     - Gaining Weight Back
     - Negative Side Effects
     - Poor Education on how         to eat for Longevity &             Health

"REPLACE" NOT “RESTRICT” to help us create the real change that we need!

When eating High Carb/ Sugar in isolation it can cause blood sugar spikes. Instead combine with protein, fiber and healthy fats to lessen the blood sugar impact.  Keeping your waist small, your mood balanced, and full control back.

Focus on Nutrition & Balanced meals. Try to find something lower on the glycemic index and full of protein, nutrients & fiber.  😊

#3 When you are eating the bad foods, ruin the dopamine high with reading the facts above again OR join a Positive Community of Women that you can ask anything!
