Shipping Information:  Due to the emergence of the coronavirus (COVID-19), we are getting shipping and manufacturing delays in the US. Most US-based orders (INCLUDED BARBELL AND DUMBBELLS) are shipped directly from our warehouse within 5-7 working days for your convenience and maximum efficiency. Your product should arrive within 3-4 working business days AFTER dispatching the warehouse. Any shipping outside of the U.S. (Only Booty Bands) will take 10-15 working days but the timeline can be changed depending on customs clearance.

 Returns/Cancellation Information: We offer a 30 day, 100% Satisfaction guarantee or your money back from the shipping date it was sent out to you. Please contact us for return requests. All Returns subject to a 15% restocking fee at our discretion. Any cancellations within the first 24 hours will incur a $5 processing fee.

Under the following circumstances, your warranty will be voided:

- Please be mindful, Customers are NOT eligible for a refund or return if they already received the replacement Or Tracking status shows delivered status but the customer didn't receive it.

- We ship Barbell and Dumbbells with multiple tracking numbers. If one of the packages get lost you. please contact our support team. They will provide you tracking number and guide you to file a claim and a missing report. Further steps will be taken, After a complete investigation from the Courier company. If a replacement is already sent to you. Your Refund and return warranty will be voided.

Don't forget to share the claim number and missing report number with our team so they can keep track of your report.

Return Policy Details

 The following Shipping and Return policy applies to

  1. If a customer is unhappy with the product we offer a no questions asked 30 Day Money Back Guarantee from date of delivery.

  2. Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost when they send back. You need to contact our Support team, they will provide you the return address if you're falling in our set criteria.

  3. When you return the package, you have to include the return tracking number in email so they can track the parcel.

  4. Upon receiving the returned items back to the facility a refund will be issued to the purchaser's payment that was used.

  5. Once the refund has been issued the customer will be notified via email and it can take 4-5 business days for the money to be reflected in your account. This may vary depending on your banking institution


- If you find tracking status "DELIVERED", "IN-TRANSIT" and "PRE- SHIPMENT" and also, you didn't receive the product. please contact our support team. They will guide you to file a 'Missing Package Report'. After a complete investigation from the Courier company, Further steps will be taken.

- After investigation, If the customer is eligible for the replacement then the customer will be responsible for the return shipping fee and customers are not eligible for the refund and & return. 

- IF customer's tracking number shows "Delivered Status" but they didn't receive the purchased items. In such a condition, The Customer needs to file the claim/mising report and have to bear the shipping cost for the replacement. Please note, you will not be eligible for the refund.

Shipping Policy

When you place an order we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s), shipping method selected and your shipment destination. Items in stock will typically ship out in  3-5 business days.(for USA Customers)

 Shipping Charges - Our shipping charges are determined by the weight of your   order and shipping method selected, excluding applicable sales tax. At the   moment we are charging Flat $7.99 shipping (only for bands and Apparel ) in the   United States.

 International Orders - Some products cannot be shipped to international   destinations so please submit a message to us from the Contact Us page if you   would like to discuss international ordering options. There is a region based   charge for shipping outside of the U.S.

Return Policy

 If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items   for a prompt refund or exchange. Refunds for items returned within 30 days from date of delivery. It will be credited in the full amount (excluding shipping   charges)  and the same form as the original payment type. Any claims for   damaged order or missing items must be received within 2 business days of   receipt of the package. In case the following conditions are not met Booty Bands   reserves the right to charge 15% restocking fee or refuse the return:

  • Items must be returned for refund or exchange within 30 days from date of delivery.

  • Items and packaging must be received in new condition

  • The original manufacturer's packaging must not be damaged

  • Packaging must include all original items

  • Return Authorization Number must be clearly marked on the shipping box

  • Return package must include copy the original invoice or sale receipt

  • Before returning package you need to contact Booty Bands to receive Return shipping address.

    If you would like to cancel your order, you can do so by providing the order number and It can be canceled before getting the tracking numbers. If the item you want to cancel has been shipped, the order cannot be canceled. However, you can return the item for a refund by bearing the shipping fee. See our Return policy.
