YES, Yes, yes, I did and so should you (at least tease with it). Why, because GIRL if you are looking to get rid of the bloat, have more energy, and get tighter then "Plant Based" is your friend. I get it, I get it - if you want the Greek Yogurt, Lean Turkey, Salmon & Chicken Breast ... that's okay too. Just don't forget the benefits of Pumpkin Seeds, Chick Peas, Lentils and Nutritional Yeast Flakes (add to your cheese dishes, PS you're welcome).
2. BULK BINS are your best friends
I hear it all the time. "I cant eat healthy when on a budget." Lies Lies and more LIES! Girl, go visit the bulk bin sections ... this is where I buy about 70% of all my items for 1/2 the price!! You're welcome again.3. ONLINE & DELIVER
You're busy, you have kids, a demanding job or you're just plain LAZY... cool me too. So be a princess and try "online & deliver" from your grocery store. Yep that easy and only costs $10 more. Just Try It!
4. CUT THE CRAP
